This page describes how Mirexis SASU processes personal data collected via the mnemos.ai site and via the Mnemos product.
Data collected on this site
The mnemos.ai site does not place advertising tracking cookies. We only collect information you voluntarily provide via the contact form or appointment booking (name, email, phone, company, message).
Data processed by Mnemos (product)
Mnemos processes the business emails your company entrusts to us under a pilot or contract. Email content and audit trail are stored in the region you choose (UEMOA or EU). Agent reasoning is performed by Anthropic Claude on targeted excerpts; Anthropic does not train on your data (API contractual clause).
Subprocessors
We use Anthropic (AI reasoning), Vercel (marketing site hosting), and cloud infrastructure providers selected based on your deployment region. Each subprocessor is subject to a documented DPA, available on request.
Retention
Contact form data: 3 years from last exchange. Data processed by Mnemos (production): according to your contractual retention policy, exportable at any time.
Your rights
Pursuant to GDPR (for EU residents) and the Burkinabé personal data protection law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them: stephane@mirexis.com.
